Shipping and Returns
Currently we are shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and United Kingdom.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email after your bag(s) have been shipped out. The shipping confirmation includes a tracking number of your shipment for post and UPS package shipments. Letters do not have tracking numbers.
We aim to ship all orders within three (3) business days after the order has been confirmed. If the item you ordered cannot be sent, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to order something else before cancelling the order. If you do not receive the item(s) or if the delivery differs from your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Golla Oy cannot be held responsible for missing packages.
All deliveries above 30 Euros to Finland and 89 Euros outside Finland will be shipped free of charge.
For orders to Finland with value less than 30 Euros we will charge a postal fee of 5 Euros. For orders outside Finland with value less than 89 Euros we will charge a delivery fee of 10 Euros (UPS or Post).

You can select from the following delivery options:
The (International) Priority Package is a reliable and convenient delivery option. It also includes tracking. Depending on the delivery country, the package is usually delivered directly to the recipient’s home address or the recipient’s nearest post office, from which the package can be retrieved. Small products will be delivered as letters.
- UPS (outside Finland only)
UPS Standard is a scheduled day-definite delivery within five business days throughout Europe depending on origin and destination. Your order will be delivered door-to-door to the delivery address you have defined in your order. After the goods have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.
- POST PARCEL POINT (SMARTPOST)
The package will be delivered to the Posti Parcel Point for pick-up. You will receive a text message notification when your parcel arrives at the parcel point of your choice. This service is available only in Finland.
If you choose delivery by post, we kindly request you to retrieve the package from the post office as soon as possible (if the package is not delivered directly to your home location). If you want to return the products you have ordered, please still retrieve the delivery and immediately notify the post office that you wish to send the package back at your own expense. Golla reserve the right to refuse to sell to customers who have not retrieved their orders.
You have the right to return your ordered products within 14 days of receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in its original condition.
Return is free for orders over 40 Euro, otherwise you have to pay the return shipping cost.
Within Finland, return of the goods is free of charge regardless of the value of the items.
Please follow the instructions below if you want to make a return:
- Notify us by sending email to email@example.com with your customer number and order number.
- Pack the items carefully, use original packaging if possible.Include a copy of the Delivery Note (received in the original package)

WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
Golla strives to produce high quality, practical and smart design products with 1-year warranty. Golla products are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1-year from the original purchase date. A copy of the original receipt must be included for validity of the 1-year warranty. If no receipt is included, the manufacturing date will be used as the start of the warranty period.
WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
The warranty policy is valid on only products purchased from authorized retailers. Products purchased used from customer driven site are not covered. The warranty convers a material or manufacturing defect, as defined below:
- Broken details (zippers, buckles and buttons)
- Split seams
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
Normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, negligence, and abuse are not covered under warranty, as defined below:
- Fabric abrasion in normal use
- Rips, tears, and/or cuts
- Damage due to extreme temperature difference and water
- Use of products other than our product care policy (found in the product description)
In addition, Golla does not take any responsibility for third party products, i.e., Golla will not reimburse any damage to devices used together with Golla products.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
Please send your claim to firstname.lastname@example.org including a description and picture of the defect as well as the receipt, retailer name and date of purchase. Golla will examine if the case is covered by warranty and offer an adequate compensation if necessary. Please include your complete contact information in the claim (postal address, phone number, etc.).
Right of revocation
You may revoke your declaration of contract in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) within two weeks without stating reasons or - if the item is provided to you before the expiration of this period - through the return of the item. The period of time begins to run following receipt of this advice in text form, however not prior to receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurrent delivery of goods of the same type, not prior to receipt of the first part delivery). In order to comply with the period for revocation, the timely dispatch of the revocation or of the item is sufficient. The notice of revocation is to be sent to:

Consequences of revocation
In the case of an effective revocation, the performances received on both sides are to be returned and, where applicable, any benefits derived therefrom (e.g. interest) are to be surrendered. If you are unable to return the performance received, either in whole or in part, or only in an impaired condition, you may have to pay compensation in this respect. In the case of the provision of goods, this shall not apply if the impairment of the item is exclusively a result of its examination - as would have been possible for you, for instance, in a store. Further, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for any impairment arising through having taken the item into use for its intended purpose by refraining from taking the item into use as your own property and refraining from anything which impairs its value.
You have to bear the costs of the return if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euro or if, where the price of the item is higher, you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed part payment as at the time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return of the goods is free of charge for you. Within Finland, return of the goods is free of charge regardless of the value of the items.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period of time commences for you with the despatch of your declaration of revocation or of the item, for us upon its receipt.
