Warranty & Return Information

Golla products are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) year from the original purchase date. A copy of the original receipt must be included for validity of the ONE (1) year warranty. If no receipt is included, the manufacturing date will be used as the start of the warranty period.

Only products purchased from authorized retailers will be honored. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, negligence, and abuse are not covered under warranty. Golla does not take any responsibility for third party products, i.e., Golla will not reimburse any damage to devices used together with Golla products.

Please send your claim to golla@golla.com including a description and picture of the defect as well as the receipt, retailer name and date of purchase. Golla will examine if the case is covered by warranty and offer an adequate compensation if necessary. Please include your complete contact information in the claim (postal address, phone number, etc.).

Product Care

If your Golla bag requires cleaning, we recommend that you spot clean exterior stains with lukewarm water and mild soap, then remove any soap residue with a damp cloth. For heavy soiling, lightly wipe with a damp cloth. You should otherwise try to keep your bag dry, as the colors might bleed if the product takes on too much moisture.
