Golla is a brand unlike any other. Based out of Helsinki, our headquarters leads several teams in offices around the world. Design is the heart and soul of Golla, so all of the designers at our headquarters are constantly working to develop new products. The process is one of constant collaboration, brainstorming, testing and revising. The final result is a quality product that looks and feels great.

Golla Teams


Our sales team is responsible for developing existing customer relationships and attracting new business. Sales people work with distributor and retail clients and are each responsible for their own geographic area. Top talents need to be active and confident go-getters that thrive on new business development. Sales work is hectic and includes a lot of traveling, so high stress tolerance is needed.


The design team located at the corporate HQ in Finland is the heart of Golla. It is responsible for the whole visual image of Golla, from product design to designing fair booths, packaging and marketing images.  Industrial designers and fashion designers are both represented in the team. Top talents need to be team-oriented, highly creative individuals that work towards a shared vision.


The trade marketing team supports the sales in its efforts. The team consists of coordinators and graphic designers that are responsible for creating ideas and content for internal and external communication tools. Top talents need to be creative, communicative and well-organized team players with enthusiasm for pushing the brand forward.

Supply Chain

Selling millions of bags per year worldwide puts a lot of strain on logistics. Luckily our supply chain team keeps us on track. The team ensures we have enough bags to sell in the right place at the right time. The team is responsible for sourcing, production network, quality, customer order processing, and warehouse management. Top talents need to be multitasking organisational wizards that have an eye for customer service.

Finance & HR

Money and people are two essential parts of running a business. Our Finance & HR team makes sure that we have a positive balance of both. The team takes care of accounting, financial and business reporting, labour law and payroll issues. Team-members typically have a background in business. Top talents need to be detail oriented, organized and independent individuals that are capable of pushing the organization further.
